ABIA, as a co-organizer of this event, is responsible for coordinating resource integration and international collaboration: ① Designing the agenda in collaboration with organizations such as APEC-ECBA and the Korea Small and Medium Enterprises Association (KBIZ); ② Screening over 600 participating companies (focusing on sectors such as digital trade, AIGC, and healthcare); and ③ Leading post-conference member services (such as monthly closed-door meetings and APEC).
2. What is SG Capital? What specific responsibilities does it undertake in this event?
SG Capital (Hong Kong) is one of the organizers of this event. Its core responsibilities include: ① executing the entire event process (venue construction, guest reception, and schedule management); ② leveraging its global investment network to invite more than 20 cross-border investment institutions (such as South Korea's SM Brand Marketing and Hong Kong's InvestHK) to participate in project matching; and ③ being responsible for sponsors' rights and interests and the construction and exhibition period.
3. What is the APEC/ECBA Digital Trade Innovation Committee? What resources will it provide?
The APEC ECBA is one of APEC's 13 international cooperation mechanisms, established at the APEC Ministerial Meeting in 2001. The APEC ECBA Digital Trade Innovation Committee is an official committee within the APEC framework focused on digital trade. Its core support for this event included: ① leading a presentation on "Digital Trade Policy Pilots"; and ② arranging closed-door discussions between committee members and participating businesses.
4. What is the specific cooperation content of the Korea KIBZ SME Association in this event?
The KIBZ Small and Medium Business Council (KIBZ) is a government-led organization representing the interests of South Korean SMEs and promoting their development and internationalization. 2. What are the differences in resource matching benefits for different sponsorship levels? How can we ensure implementation?
Diamond Sponsors: Receive one exclusive closed-door meeting (with the option to designate three target companies/institutions, such as the APEC ECBA or Lotte Korea), and receive follow-up from a dedicated ABIA service officer on partnership progress for three months following the meeting. 3. As a sponsor of the first event, how can I avoid the risk of "investment not matching returns"?
The organizer provides three guarantees: ① A Rights Fulfillment Schedule (including media exposure schedule and matchmaking meeting times) will be provided within 10 business days of signing the contract; ② A Sponsorship Effectiveness Report (including exposure data and matchmaking records) will be submitted within 30 business days after the event concludes; ③ If the agreed rights are not fulfilled, a 20% reduction in the following year's event costs will be provided as compensation.
4. Will the sponsor's branding conflict with competing products? How can we ensure uniqueness?
Only one Platinum sponsor will be accepted per industry segment, enjoying exclusive brand exposure in that segment. Gold sponsors and below will be categorized by industry to ensure no more than two competing products are displayed simultaneously. Specific industry categorization criteria can be confirmed by contacting the Conference Affairs Office.
